Mike Klassen is a dedicated Councillor for the City of Vancouver, first elected in 2022. He is committed to fostering economic growth, supporting small businesses, and promoting safe, vibrant communities. A champion for the city’s high-tech industry and arts and culture sector, Mike also prioritizes building housing faster to meet Vancouver’s growing needs and creating an age-friendly city where older adults can stay active and connected.

He has also served as Vice-Chair of the Vancouver City Planning Commission, Vice-Chair of the DOXA Documentary Festival, and board member for the B.C.
